It is fine to take a break from outer responsibilities from time to time to get in touch with who we are beneath the hustle and bustle. This is not laziness but the body and mind's way of recharging.

I called my childhood friend and wished her a happy birthday after not seeing or talking to her for over 35 years. It was amazing to talk to her and hear her speaking from her adult voice! It was great to reconnect with her and we felt closer to each other than when we were children.
